Speego — Privacy Policy

Speego ("the app", "we") is an AI speaking coach application operated by Yasin Aktas. This policy explains what data we collect, how we collect it, how it is used, which third parties it is shared with, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect and How

2. Third-Party AI Services — What Is Shared and With Whom

Speego asks for your explicit, in-app consent before any recording is sent to a third-party AI service. No recording leaves your device until you accept.

To produce your speaking report, your 30-second video and audio recording is transmitted to the following third-party AI providers:

These providers process the recording solely to return the analysis to Speego. Both providers are bound by their own privacy and data-protection commitments, which provide protections equal to those described in this policy. Their policies: fal.ai Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Your recording is permanently deleted from our storage immediately after the analysis is completed (and also if the analysis fails). We never store, share, sell or reuse your recordings.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers.
We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not use your recordings to train AI models.

4. Other Service Providers

Supabase (authentication, temporary storage of the recording during analysis), Apple and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data only to deliver the app's functionality.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account data (email, user ID) is kept while your account is active. Recordings are deleted immediately after analysis. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Subscriptions

Speego offers auto-renewable subscriptions ($119.99/year or $19.99/month) billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): Apple Standard EULA.

7. Children

Speego is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Speego ("uygulama", "biz"), Yasin Aktas tarafindan isletilen bir yapay zeka konusma kocu uygulamasidir. Bu politika hangi verileri topladigimizi, nasil topladigimizi, nasil kullandigimizi, hangi ucuncu taraflarla paylastigimizi ve haklarinizi aciklar.

2. Ucuncu Taraf Yapay Zeka Servisleri — Ne Paylasiliyor, Kiminle

Speego, herhangi bir kayit ucuncu taraf yapay zeka servisine gonderilmeden ONCE uygulama icinde acik onayinizi ister. Siz kabul etmeden hicbir kayit cihazinizdan ayrilmaz.

Konusma raporunuzu olusturmak icin 30 saniyelik video ve ses kaydiniz asagidaki ucuncu taraf yapay zeka saglayicilarina iletilir:

Bu saglayicilar kaydi yalnizca analizi Speego'ya dondurmek icin isler. Her ikisi de bu politikada tanimlananla esdeger koruma saglayan kendi gizlilik ve veri koruma taahhutlerine tabidir. Politikalari: fal.ai Gizlilik Politikasi ve Google Gizlilik Politikasi.

Kaydiniz, analiz tamamlanir tamamlanmaz depolamamizdan kalici olarak silinir (analiz basarisiz olsa dahi). Kayitlarinizi asla saklamaz, paylasmaz, satmaz veya yeniden kullanmayiz.

3. Yapmadiklarimiz

Sizi baska sirketlerin uygulamalari veya siteleri uzerinden takip etmeyiz.
Verilerinizi satmayiz, veri simsarlariyla paylasmayiz.
Verilerinizi reklamcilik icin kullanmayiz.
Kayitlarinizi yapay zeka modeli egitmek icin kullanmayiz.

4. Diger Hizmet Saglayicilar

Supabase (kimlik dogrulama, analiz sirasinda kaydin gecici depolanmasi), Apple ve RevenueCat (abonelik yonetimi). Bu saglayicilar verileri yalnizca uygulama islevselligini sunmak icin isler.

5. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Hesap verileri (e-posta, kullanici kimligi) hesabiniz aktif oldugu surece tutulur. Kayitlar analizden hemen sonra silinir. Hesabinizin ve tum iliskili verilerin silinmesini istediginiz zaman bize ulasarak talep edebilirsiniz.

6. Abonelikler

Speego, Apple kimliginiz uzerinden faturalandirilan otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunar (yillik $119.99 veya aylik $19.99). App Store hesap ayarlarinizdan dilediginiz zaman yonetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Kullanim Kosullari (EULA): Apple Standart EULA.

7. Cocuklar

Speego 13 yas alti cocuklara yonelik degildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayiz.
